How to make your egg rolls crispy without a deep fryer.

Ingredients
Cast Iron Grill Pan
4 TBSP Vegetable oil
Van's Kitchen Egg Rolls (I used pork and vegetable)
Instructions
Preheat Cast iron Grill pan on Medium- High heat for 3 minutes:
Follow the directions on the back of the package for Microwave Cooking Instructions:
Remove film and cook in tray for 45 seconds per roll, allow to set for 1 minute.
Turn down Cast Iron grill pan to Medium heat and pour in the 4 tbsp. of Vegetable oil. Allow oil to heat for 1 minute.
Add the egg rolls to the hot pan across the grill marks (see photo). Leave them alone for 2- 3 minutes, or until you can see grill marks on the egg roll.
Use tongs to turn over and grill on opposite side for 2-3 minutes, or untill grill marks show.
Allow to cool for 1 minute...they will be very hot!
Grab your dipping sauce of choice and enjoy!
