Easy Gluten Free Holiday Cookies | Immaculate Baking Mix

December 20, 2016 by Kaylee Eylander

Gluten Free Quick Desserts

One of the fun things about the Christmas Season is the baking, cooking and entertaining. As someone who has a family member and tons of friends who are gluten free, it is a special treat to be able to go to a party and know that their will be something gluten free for you to feast on too! Its a bummer to show up and see that there isn’t anything for you to enjoy, while everyone else is getting their gluten on!

A really (and I mean REALLY) quick way to whip a gluten free holiday treat is to use Immaculate Baking Co’s Classic Sugar Cookie Mix.  The flavor is so delish, though, people who aren’t cutting gluten will love these too! Shh…you don’t have to tell them they are gluten free!

Easy Gluten Holiday Cookies-

What you need:

Immaculate Baking Company’s Sugar Cookie Mix

Holiday Sprinkles of your choosing

What to do:

Follow cookie mix instructions on the box.

Pour Sprinkles into bowl.

Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sprinkles on all sides.

Place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until just a little underdone. Cookies are best chewy!
Add these cute cookies to a platter and you have a fun holiday treat to share!  To learn more about these delicious (and quick and easy) gluten free products, visit Immaculate Baking Co!
