Cast Iron Grilled Brussel Sprouts | Easy Recipes

- Cast Iron Pan
- 2-3 cups brussel sprouts
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Salt & Pepper
- Clean and cut Brussel Sprouts in half
- Heat your cast iron pan to medium high.
- Add 1 TBSP Butter and melt
- Add Brussel Sprouts
- Stir until butter is distributed completely.
- All Brussel Sprouts to cook 5-7 minutes without stirring until they start to turn light to medium brown.
- Stir and cook for about 5 minutes more.
- Add Salt and pepper to taste
