Instant Pot Whole Body Chicken Recipe

- Whole Body Chicken
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- baker's twine
- 1 tbpsolive oil
- seasoning salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp basil
- 2 cups chicken broth or bone broth
- Remove chicken from package, remove gizzard, neck and heart from the inside and pat dry with a towel.
- Remove skin from onion & cut into quarters.
- Remove skin from garlic cloves.
- Place onion & garlic inside the cavity of the chicken.
- Tie legs together with baker's twine.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt, pepper and basil.
- Place steaming rack inside Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker
- Pour in 2 cups of Bone Broth.
- Place chicken on steam rack, attach lid and set the floating vent to SEAL.
- Cook on Manual for 30 minutes.
- Allow steam to vent naturally.
- Remove lid & allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
