4-5 cups Berries (either fresh or frozen) I used a mix of fresh & frozen blueberries & blackberries
4 tbsp Honey
Whipped Cream for topping
Instructions
Put berries into a large bowl. Add 3 tbsp of cake mix to berries and stir. Pour berries into 8 x 11 (ish) baking dish. Drizzle honey over berries. In a large bowl, combine gluten free cake mix, melted butter & gluten free oats. Pour over berries and pat down lightly. Cook @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with whipping cream.
