Zoodles with Sausage, Mushrooms

- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Italian Smoked Sausage
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 4-6 cups of Zucchini or Yellow Squash Noodles ( I used a mix of both)
- 1 jar New RAGÚ® Simply Chunky Marinara Pasta Sauce
- Garnish (optional )
- Parmesan cheese
- Basil leaves chopped
- Green Onion Chopped
- Add olive oil to medium heated pan. Add chop Sausage in ¼ rounds and brown both sides.
- Remove Sausage and add mushrooms to the heated pan and brown mushrooms till cooked through.
- Add Zoodles to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes- till soft.
- Add back Sausage to the pan, then the jar of Pasta Sauce, stir to incorporate and allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Plate and add parmesan cheese, basil or green onion to garnish! Enjoy!!
