A yummy, quick gluten free treat that is sure to please GF and Gluten eaters alike!

Ingredients
1 Package Sweet Goodness Pan Bars Mix
3 Large Eggs
¾ Cup Vegetable Oil or Coconut Oil
1 15 oz. Can Pumpkin
1 Cup Gluten Free Oatmeal
1 TBSP Cinnamon
1 TBSP Nutmeg
1 TBSP Vanilla
1 tsp Sea Salt
¾ Cup Toasted Walnuts (Optional, but oh so yummy!)
Instructions
Pre-heat Oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Pour all ingredients into mixer & mix for 2 minutes. I waited to put my walnuts on half of my pan because my kids don't like nuts. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25-30 Min (always underbake, says my husband!) Cool and enjoy.
