- Bag of Spring Mix or Spinach Salad
- 1 Cup Toasted Pecans
- 1 Can Whole or sliced Beets Sliced
- 2 Sliced Pears
- Fresh Vinaigrette
- Goat Cheese or Chavre Salad Blend
- Toss all your ingredients into a large bowl. Toss with vinaigrette. Enjoy!
