Green Beans Grilled on Cast Iron | Easy Recipe

- Cast Iron Skillet
- 2-4 cups of trimmed, fresh green beans ( I buy these in the bag all ready trimmed)
- 2 TBSP Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Preheat Cast Iron Skillet to medium high heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp of butter to pan and let melt.
- Add 2-4 cups fresh trimmed green beans.
- Let cook for about 5 -8 minutes.
- Stir.
- Let cook for about 8-10 minutes more, stirring every 4 minutes.
- You are looking for brown to dark brown spots on most of the green beans.
- Finish with Salt & Pepper to taste, finish with 1 TBSP Butter & Stir.
