Smore's Bars | Easy Summer Dessert Recipes

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup butter, melted
- cup light brown sugar
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP teaspoon baking soda
- 1 TSP teaspoon salt
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 4 Cup crushed Graham Crackers
- 2 Containers marshmallow cream
- 1 bag of Milk Chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream Eggs, butter and sugar in mixer.
- Add Vanilla, salt & flour, Mix till fully combined and smooth
- Add crushed graham crackers.
- Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper
- Press ¾ cookie dough into pan evenly.
- Cover with layer of marshmallow creme
- Layer on all but ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- Drop from spoon the remaining cookie dough onto the top layer, then press in with hands. Leave some marshmallow and chocolate chips peeking through.
- Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
