Holiday Entertaining Tips

December 18, 2017 by Kaylee Eylander

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx.com. All opinions are my own.

One of our favorite things to do at the Holidays is to host parties! We love to have people over and celebrate with lots of Christmas cheer! Some of our favorite moments are playing games after dinner when everyone laughs till their stomachs hurt! Great memories!

I love to have food made ahead of time for parties because it allows me to relax while my guests are arriving. Having a cheese platter ready to go is an easy way to give your guests a little something as they arrive. I also love doing cheese boards because they can be easily done gluten free! We do have some gluten free friends and it’s always nice to have something ready to go for them to enjoy as well.

One way to help decide on your cheese board items is by using Castello’s Cheese Board Builder!

I loved using this website to help decide on cheeses that I would use, plus the items that would go with the cheese I chose! It takes the guess-work out of making a cheese board with gourmet cheeses, nuts, meats and dried fruits- and even gives tips for dietary restrictions! I used Castello Gouda, Castello Traditional Danish Blue Cheese,  Castello Havarti, peanuts & summer sausage. So easy and simple to put together ahead of time! PS…those Castello cheeses are soooo yummy!

Another great product that we found is this aerosol, non-stick PAM: Cooking Spray! I love that it has no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives! It’s perfect for spraying pie pans, cake pans and other holiday baking projects, not to mention cooking too! I loved using it in my baking – banana bread pans. Grab a discount on the Ibotta app & easily earn cash back on your purchase of Pam!

Another fun holiday treat we found is these darling Cracker Barrel Christmas Milk Bottles! Perfect for setting out cookies and milk for Santa or sipping chocolate milk out of on Christmas morning! I loved using cute green and red striped straws with them. Get some fun milk Bottles of your own here for 30% off using the code: SHOP30  These darling appetizer picks are perfect for a cheese platter or any hors devours! I love the little snowflakes on these! So cute for a holiday party! You can grab these at 30% off as well!

Christmas Central is a great resource for wonderful Christmas Decor! It’s a one stop shop for everything Christmas! They have all kinds of lighting, trees and holiday decor.  I love this Flocked Wreath below!

I also loved these Deer  pillows! I love a good rustic theme!

One can’t forget our furry friends during the Holidays!

Wellness CORE Natural Pet Food is a safe way to get some raw protein into your pet’s diet! High protein diets for our pets help produce lead body mass and great muscle tone! This would be perfect for your pet’s stocking this Christmas! To find out more about this awesome wellness pet food, click here!

Another great stocking stuffer for the pups in your life is WHIMZEES: Daily Dental Chews. I love when products have simple ingredients and no artificial ingredients- for my human family AND my furry family is no less! These daily dental treats  are a great way to freshen your dog’s breath, clean teeth and promote healthy gums. These WHIMZEES chews are a treat that will benefit your pet and you (aka, bye bye dog breath!)! Find out more about these faboulous WHIMZEES treats at www.whimzees.com.

I love the holidays and love having my friends and family together for lots of fun times.

What are you favorite holiday entertaining tips? I would love to hear about them!
